Your child opened a door. Walk through it.
There are roles, trips, and opportunities built for exactly where you are right now. Whether you want to go on a trip, lead one, walk alongside other parents, or volunteer, this is where it starts.

Roles made for parents like you
These aren't generic volunteer slots. Each one was shaped by Noelle for parents who've been through this and want to pour back into it.
Parent Facilitator
You've been on a Parent Vision Trip and it changed you. Now you want to bring others into that experience. Noelle trains and certifies Parent Facilitators to lead future PVTs, walking other parents face to face into the work their children are part of. This is one of the most significant things you can do after a PVT.
Express interestParent Shepherd
A Parent Shepherd is assigned to a specific squad's parent community for the duration of the race. You check in regularly, walk alongside parents through the hard moments, and serve as a trained peer mentor for the worry, the silence, and the grief. You've been there. You are exactly who they need.
Express interestBecome a World Race Coach
World Race coaches walk alongside individual parents one-on-one, offering encouragement, practical wisdom, and prayer during the race. This is a flexible, relational role for parents who want to go deeper in supporting others without a formal squad assignment.
Express interestVolunteer with Parent Ministry
Help Noelle support the broader Parent Ministry community. Moderate online forums, help with events, make welcome calls to new parents, and be present in the spaces where parents gather. No formal training required. Just a willing heart and your own experience.
