Emergency Protocol

AIM maintains a 24/7 field emergency line and an in-country support structure for every squad. Squad leaders, coaches, and the AIM office coordinate response for medical, security, or family emergencies.

Parent responsibilities

Things Parents Are Responsible For

While AIM covers in-field logistics, training, lodging, food, and ministry, there are pieces that remain with you and your Racer.

  • Passport, visas, and any required travel documents.
  • Required and recommended vaccinations.
  • Personal spending money beyond the program budget.
  • Phone plan, electronics, and personal gear.
  • Final fundraising balance and any outstanding program fees.
  • Travel to and from Launch / Debrief locations.
  • Ongoing prayer and emotional support throughout the Race.
