AIM maintains a 24/7 field emergency line and an in-country support structure for every squad. Squad leaders, coaches, and the AIM office coordinate response for medical, security, or family emergencies.

Things Parents Are Responsible For
While AIM covers in-field logistics, training, lodging, food, and ministry, there are pieces that remain with you and your Racer.
- Passport, visas, and any required travel documents.
- Required and recommended vaccinations.
- Personal spending money beyond the program budget.
- Phone plan, electronics, and personal gear.
- Final fundraising balance and any outstanding program fees.
- Travel to and from Launch / Debrief locations.
- Ongoing prayer and emotional support throughout the Race.
